Roller Sailing Sep. 15 2004

I got this idea from a website that I can no longer find. They were offering a fancy sail for $300 Euros. Mine cost ~ $30 US. I've only used it a dozen times or so and it sent me to the ER once on a 35 Kt day -- 20 to 25 kts is best. On a reach, down hill, you can make far better than the wind speed. This requires expert skill on rollerblades. don't even think of trying anything like this if you haven't ever experience terminal velocity on your roller blades. -Matt
